  5. The Rage Package contains the following files:

  7. •    cover: the original scanned image of the  cover from the Rage Against The Machine cd
  8.  
  9. •    text: a scanned image of a page from the above booklet
  10.  
  11. •    StartUpScreen1: resized pict resource of 'cover' scaled to a 12 inch screen.
  12.  
  13. •    StartUpScreen2: pict resource version of 'text'
  14.  
  15. •    StartUpScreen3: pict resource version of 'cover', not scaled, but with a black background.
  16.  
  17. The images were scanned using the AppleScan™ application,
  18. and adapted using Photoshop™. 
  19.
